  Hi its much better, lets use this colors:
  Blue: 1694CF
  gray: 5d5d5f
  make the slogan (arab american business Directory) with the same font of the logo.
  make the icon smaller and add some gray to it again like in #143.
  Can you also add some glossy effect to the icon .
