Charm is a product by Mivso, it is a Multi-User Business Management System that has many alternative versions. For example:

Charm Care = Management system for care homes, care home agencies and home help providers. Client records/H.R./Training/Invoicing/Purchasing

We need a logo for our software product that will be used as the softwares icon and the associated splash screens, training manuals ect.

Our system also ties in with our internet based learning system called eCharm - which we also need a logo for.

So in brief two logos would need to be submitted per entry that are similar but not the same one for Charm (Software side) & one for eCharm (internet side). If text is included in the logos we would need to be able to easily edit it through photoshop.

- Two logos need to be created per entry. One for Charm, one for eCharm.
- All logos should be on a transparent background.
- File formats need to be png and psd only.
- All fonts used need to be enclosed.
- Remember the product is called Charm not Charm Care. Care or health symbols should not need to incorporated into any of the logos.
- A full transfer of rights to the logo needs to be made once the winner has been selected. The logo will be come our property in full.
