I need a new logo for a fabrication company - Enermex International.

For more information on the company, please see http://www.enermexintl.com

We would like to incorporate theses colors:

Blue
Gold
And teal if possible

We are wanting something showing a oil derrick sitting on the substructure with the company name, Enermex or Enermex Intl. on it.

We would like the logo to have a vertical design.

Please see an example of what we are looking for (an oil derrick on top of a sub structure (attached ShutterStock picture).

Are you sure you like complicated logo that will be hard to reproduce (to stamps, uniform, gimmicks, etc) and will look weird in small size (for use in letters, web, etc)? I personally think a design that fail too cope these problems is a failure.
