I want a simple, yet strong, professional design. It has to be memorable so please no cartoony graphics please. I like the designs where the text is within the design (like HP) but it needs to be distinguishable and memorable.

UPDATE 1. Thanks for all the submissions so far. I've rated what I liked and didn't like so far. Here's some points:
1- I do NOT want any hexagons in the design.
2- Please make sure your design doesn't have any backwards arrows (eg.
