I need a logo created for a new consulting firm that I'm starting, called "It's Good Consulting".

I'd like something with simple elegance (should be simple, without dramatic design effects)

I'm offering a followup project ($100) for design of a website (homepage + inner pages), business card layout, and letterhead layout to the winner (if you're interested - if not, that's fine too).

I'd prefer the design be done with vector graphics, so that it will scale well down the road - my assumption is that given the request for simple without too many effects that this is a good idea. If you disagree please tell me.

I require the source files (With all design elements still in place) and a few PNG exports for my convenience.

Please be creative!

Some ideas that I liked (for "So Good") include the KFC logo, and the israeli convenience store chain ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]

  Excellent question. The company will be giving professional services, technical mentoring and informal-education based on-site training to corporations across the hi-tech/internet sectors.
  
  However, my gut feeling (and the reason I didn't go into details up front above) is that the logo should not overly focus on this.
