Contest Brief

We are looking for a fresh and more interesting and sophisticated design for our logo. Our existing logo is attached.

Our company produces equipment for deposition of protective industrial metal and ceramic coatings, and is used by various shops, plants, research institutions, and so on. The customer base we target is engineers, researchers, business professionals, and CEO's. So, the logo should be projecting a serious and high tech image.

UPDATE, CONTEST RE-OPENED, PLEASE READ:

The top entries were presented to company management, and while several logos were among top choices, none really matched what was wanted by the management. A decision was made to extend the contest and offer additional guidance.

The logo should contain:

1. "UNIQUECOAT" in ethnocentric font.
2. The phrase "high performance coatings" in a font of your choosing.
3. Incorporate a stylized "shield" icon into the design, to symbolize protective coatings.

Logo must be in vector format.

Still no logo with a clean, contemporary design. Please submit your entries.
