UPDATE: We currently have some great designs with a toolbox as logo, but please do not limit your designs revolving around a toolbox. Our website will host a platform of financial reports that are made available to real estate agents and brokers. The idea is to create a responsive and user-friendly website interface based on flat image design. Innovation, technology, computer, success, internet are just some key words that could be utilized in your designs

We are in need of a captivating logo design for a new and upcoming website, which will go by the name of RealEstate Toolbox. Please note that RealEstate is one word.Target market are residential realtors in the United States. Website design will be light flat image design. Since we have not yet determined exact color schemes, we will require source/ vector files from contest winner.

We are excited to see many unique ideas/ concepts and do not want to inhibit your creativity with too many set rules and logo examples, unless absolutely necessary. We will review design submissions daily and reject ideas we are not in favor of.

Words that come to mind include:
- Simple
- Minimalist
- Clean
- Modern
- Colorful

Important to us is that someone not familiar with our company can identify 'Real Estate' and 'Toolbox' from the logo. It is up to you to decide how to communicate these words in the logo, either via text or image.

Please do NOT:
- Don't include any tools in the logo.
- Don't use a toolbox image that contains construction/ repairs tools (http://westsideinternalmed.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Toolbox.jpg).
- Don't submit logo design on business cards, signs, billboard etc.

  Thank you - Since I review submitted logos every day, I very much know who had what design idea first and can easily identify other designers copying good ideas. It also often shows in the logo quality.

manuel0827 provide a great design. (toolbox+home) in isometric angle position. Now all designer come see his design and make little modification in his design and submit the entry. Please respect manuel0827 idea and effort. I have pain because i have a lot problem in contest like that.

Mr.alexklotz BEWARE. Here is a lot copy cat just trying to copy high rating design. #100 copy the #52 try to use same color and black outline. #80 copy the #59 even try to use same color and with white outline. @pinky just trying to grab the high rating designer's idea with very little modification.
