Hi all,

We're looking for a logo for a new mobile app. Entitled "REALITY", it is an augmented-reality engine which allows 3D objects to be visualised, to scale, in the real world via the device's video screen. Its first deployment is as part of an app which allows the user to browse a catalogue of household furnishings, but future apps powered by the engine may include video games, live galleries, etc. Logo submissions for this contest should reflect the engine itself rather than any specific usage.

Attached is an image of the logo which we're currently using as a placeholder. Some notes:

1. We're happy with the appearance of the text (brushed steel with a blue-tinted glow - see image), so we're mainly interested in a logo design which complements it. If, however, you wish to re-do the text as part of your submission, feel free.

2. The logo may be used as a kind of "Start" button to bring up menus and perform contextual actions within the app UI. We're interested in seeing designs which lend themselves to this role.

3. The logo may also be used as a progress indicator; currently, it rotates while the app is downloading content or performing background tasks. Designs which facilitate some kind of very simple progress indication are welcome.

Please note that these are only suggestions - if you have a great design idea that doesn't conform to these notes, we still want to see it!
