My partner is starting up a new business called 'Turnkey Living Constructions'. It is basically where the construction company builds your entire house down to the carpet and taps, and you are given a key at the end of it to your new home. It will be marketed at investors or FIFO workers who do not have time to go into the detail of building and just want a brand new home ready and waiting for them.

Please see attached a few sketches my friend has done which shows what my partner is thinking. We are looking for ideas that are fun, modern and will make the brand stand out from other logos.
