website is voteofnote. com, it is in development but to give you a brief idea: it is a polls/voting website where people can create and vote to polls in different categories such as politics, sports, social, etc.
It will be displayed on grey or white background, so I definitely need the .psd work

As per details, make is simple and yet powerful. You may indicate voting/polling with a voting letter, or a vote stamp, etc.
all words "vote of note" should be clearly readible so please avoid handwriting styles

You can get inspired from http://speckyboy.com/2011/05/20/50-simple-yet-highly-effective-logo-designs/ they are really good for my taste
