Contest Brief

This contest is for a logo for a website and app called Vaccination Information Portal (VIP) (they don't exist yet).
I'm looking for a logo for it and I'm thinking white font on dark blue background and maybe some red in it. But open to ideas. I would want the copyright for the logo and the design file.
