My website, www.urban-roost.co.uk, wants a new menu bar. Instead of a drop-down menu, which is there now, we want a fixed menu that runs across the top of the site.

We essentially want the whole header redesigned. First, content.

Now, the design:
I've attached a document that contains three basic ideas. We don't know which will look best (although I think the middle one), so we want your input.

Let me explain them:
The first design is a white bar, much like we have already. As you mouse over buttons in the main bar, colored underlines appear. Similar to this website: http://www.bbc.co.uk/search/?q=demo (mouse over their menu bar)

The second design is a floating menu, with the logo to the left (not behind the menu, that's wrong). The background to the menu is not white, but a blurred transparent colour - like the menu is on glass. Ideally this would have a graduated bottom where the site begins.

The third design is a white bar, with a light blue stripe down the middle. On this stripe sit the logo and the primary buttons. Underneath is the secondary menu, in white.

Now I don't know which of these designs would look best on the site. Please design any of them, or all three - I'll give feedback throughout the contest and at the end the design I like best will win.

When I pick the winner, I will request the design in a web-ready .psd format, that my web coders can build into our Drupal site.
