I need a Neck Tag designed for a promotion.

Also needed will be the single A4 page flyer/brochure for the promotion.

The winning entry of this contest must provide both the neck tag and the flyer/brochure in InDesign print ready format.

Both the flyer/brochure and the neck tag will be portrait layout (not landscape)

The neck tag and flyer/brochure must match the website colours etc [login to view URL]

The main points that need to be displayed are as follows:
- Purchase QualChem branded product and go into Draw to win up to $4000
- $1000 Draw per month
- $100 Draw per week
- 14 Character Unique Code (scratch to reveal)
- Website link to enter unique code
- QR Code - scan to enter (scanning it will redirect the phone to the URL to enter their code)
- Competition valid from 1st July 2015 till 1st October 2015
- Terms and conditions on back of neck tag
- Terms and conditions on back of flyer/brochure
- And any other information that may be needed
