Design a simple map with the route.
Map layout should be terrain or similar.
You can pick a map provider or design your own.
The map should contain POI/TEXT for each stop/city.
All stops/routes in one picture, separated by red and blue color.

On the bottom or side, you can put the mini map as shown in bottom.png but as RED and BLUE line info mention before.
Red and blue line have in common Augsburg ,Munich,Zagreb,Nova Gradiška,Slavonski Brod
marked with - before number for your easier orientation/understanding.
