     Blind the contest, so only you can see the designs submitted. And in that way every designer submits their original ideas.

     do not worry about that, I used to be a designer and we will be fair in our judging (meaning we wont choose a design that is adopted from another design of a different designer), the contest is left unsealed for the competition spirit.

  Hi, what size of envelops you want ? DL, C5 or something completly different ? and is the envelop going to be with window or without ?

     DL size, we just need a peak of the design that you would have for the envelope, letterhead and business card
     sizes wont matter a lot now
