Do you know Doge? I basically need a T-shirt design for sister's birthday, it should have a VECTORIZED CARTOON image of doge

be creative, it can be a parody of anything, style can be pixels doge like pokemon, or flat-style just like what i attach, the theme has to revolve around a sister.
