We need help with this website adlerinjurylaw.com

The website is for a Personal Injury Attorney that needs to stand out to his competition. He is younger likes Hip Hop and graffiti, but wants a very professional looking website

We need a Professional, easy to navigate, clean, crossing the lines between classic, elegant and modern.

What I need here is a new design, but Client wants to keep his eagle logo (please take the logo from the site). The client likes black and yellow. So what he wants to accomplish here is big buttons representing each service. So one big button for auto accidents, one for Medical Malpractice, and so on. The client wants these services to look like a button (meaning that they look like you can press/push them). He wants this to be iPad like in a way that it is easy to select what you want.

Please remember that everything needs to look very professional. Please be AS CREATIVE AS POSSIBLE. Do not shy away of giving us different, interesting designs. That is why we post this contest, so we can see something different and creative!

You can see our previous design samples. We want to keep the logo, and look Professional.

What do we require?
Home page, contact us page, individual services pages (all of them should be the same design, with maybe different graphics).

EDIT: Please note that we are doing this because the client DIDN'T LIKE any of our designs. So the current live site he doesn't like. The design we attached he didn't like either, but it shows the direction he wants to go (keep the logo, buttons for every service, urban style (not royal or old fashioned), color scheme (generally speaking, though some variations could be good)).

Also please note that while we may love some designs client might not like them and the decision is theirs. As such we can not give feedback before 4 days in to the competition, when we will show them all designs that are posted here. Having said that please do not think we are not seeing your work. And if you feel like it you can always post multiple different designs.

EDIT 2: We do not need HTML of the site. Just PSD as the final form. So please do not waste your time making HTML pages. That is a separate project and will come after we have selected the design.
