I run a web development company, Willco Web Design, selling responsive design websites. As part of a new responsive website, I'm looking for a complete redesign for a new launch.

The criteria I have for this project is as follows.

Single home page template
PSD format ready to be converted.
Clean and Professional look.
Navigation bar at the top of the page with 6 items on it, ready to be bootstrap collapsible.
Header to include a new logo. A simple styled logo is all that is required for now.
Main content section with 4 well defined areas for images and content. Although text and images can be both above and below this if you feel it fits well.
Footer to have address and contact details.
Responsive design so all elements should look good both next to each other and on top of each other.

I'm looking to build a long-term relationship with the winning designers and future projects should follow for clients.
