I am looking for someone to create me an outstanding professionally designed website mock-up for a recruitment company.
The website you create must stand out from the rest. It needs to be bold, clear and very easily maneuvered.

You must be prepared to work back and forth with us until we create the perfect website.
Points of interest must be easily accessible.
Job seekers should be able to seek quickly and effectively with advanced search options available.
We require a creative look which complements our high standards services.

You need to provide us with multiple sample mock-ups of what you intend the site to look like.
The layout must be professional and easy for the eye and to navigate with a number of hyperlinks and sub sites throughout.

-Additional requirements include job seekers to create their resume online and to submit it.
-Updates will be required from time to time.

In terms of theme, our company already has a corporate logo and this has to be incorporated into the website very well.
This logo is attached. You must also base the colours of our logo onto our website design.
The company also has a theme that needs to be incorporated sufficiently throughout the entire site, which is ‘childsplay’ this is the theme our company is working towards. We have attached some images for you.

In order to be successful in your bid, you must explain your availability and how easy it will be to contact you throughout, and you must be willing to make changes as and when required. You must be able to see the project through from start to finish. You must be creative and willing to work to deadlines.

I dont think so, 90$ is a perfect price for kind of mockup. Its not the website, its the MOCKUP

Incorporating the logo will not be a problem once the design is finalized.

Your logo is horrible. And so is your budget. If you are serious about having an "outstanding professional look" you need to get in touch with the reality: change your logo and increase your budget.
