Atlas are an estate agent who specialise in the sale, letting and management of property across the UK. We are a new start-up company are a looking to approach the market using a combination of fresh ideas and the latest in design and technology.

Our target market is relatively broad; we aim to appeal to a variety of customers from the very low end of the market to the mid to high sector. We estimate that the majority of our business will be to the low-middle of the market.

Key Points

• The colour scheme for the website can incorporate the colours used in the logo. We want the background of the contents pages to be white.
• We are looking for a contemporary, clean and modern website design.
• We like fresh, functional designs and layouts which portray a neat and organised image.
• We are a huge fan of Apple’s website and interfaces which include textures, patterns, bold colours, metallic, shadows, glows, gradients, etc.
• Web 2.0, abstract and on trend features are very much what we're interested in.
• The handover should include a high resolution Photoshop .PSD file which we can pass on to our coder.
• You will not be required to code the website.

We are aiming to code the website using HTML 5 and CSS3 and want to utilise the new features of these standards as much as possible. The website will be coded to ensure it is highly optimised for indexing by search engines. The design should be suitable so that it can be viewed on all major browsers and platforms including but not limited to Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, iOS, Android, etc. The design should be liquid so that it will automatically re-size to most standard screens/resolutions, in particular, the iPad.

I will provide a star rating for every entry and detailed feedback for highly rated entries. I'm really looking forward to working with your creative minds!

All ideas and submissions are welcome; I have hosted website/logo design contests in the past on Freelancer and been extremely pleased with the entries.

The winner of the contest will receive future work from us as the design is taken from your concept to reality.

Please do not stick to our brief religiously, it is only a guide so that you know the kind of ideas we’re looking for, please use your imagination and think outside of the box as much as possible…
