We are looking for a website design containing three pages, the main index page, a portfolio-like/shop page (to present current and past paintings) and the "Blog" page.

The website is for an artist who makes their own paintings. The title is "The Golden Book". For the main index page we would like to have something similar and a mix of the following pages:

here we like the picture frame and the navigation bar very much, as well as a background in retro style. The color scheme is also very nice, but you are free to create something different, it is up to you, we are open minded. Just trying to give some ideas. On the other hand we like the following site, too, maybe we can create a mix of both aspects for the index page? Here it is: goo.gl/m6ZufC
Here we mainly like the main photo and the signature style image.

The porfolio/shop page is thought to present an image and a small description for all the paintings made by the artist. I think a slider in the center of the page with the image and a text below should do it here, together with a button to send a message regarding this specific painting. There should also be an option to clearly show whether the painting is still available or if it has been sold already. Of course, it needs to follow the color/design scheme of the main index page.

The Blog page:
Here we will apply a standard wordpress blog, so this page should contain all the features a wordpress blog offeres (e. g. calendar, categories, latest blog posts, etc) and a view for each blog entry to display the entry in full.

IMPORTANT:
The artist likes modern websites with a touch of retro style (see first site example, this is modern, but retro at the same time). They also like very much the color "GOLD". A typical symbol for the artist is a drawn feather, and it would be great if we could apply this somewhere.

In case we choose your design, please kindly allow us some slight modifications to it if necessary. We will have more designing jobs after this one.

For delivery only full PSD files are accepted. In case you are using special fonts, please also include them.
