All changes need to be PHP compatible

the website is www.nationalradius.com (check it out)

I need to make some changes to the sites design and functionality

using my ideas which are in the drawings, as well as referencing a website which I find beautiful, create a new design mockup which can be integrated into PHP coding

some things to keep in mind
1. the slideshow feature needs to be very forgiving of picture sizing. The pictures which will be used will very standard. So dont create a slideshow which is designed for widescreen pictures.
2. this is an article submission site. ensure that the Article Title and author can be easily placed into the slideshow
3. the rss news feed on the top of the site needs to be PHP compatible
4. The stock ticker need to be PHP compatible (the one in the mockup drawings is from the NY Times website)

******It would be appreiated if you could find a PHP compatible slideshow feature and integrate it into the site

1. Do we make an IMAGE of your site, or do we make it an actually WEBSITE with HTML/CSS/PHP?

  meaning, make a professional drawing of the site. but when drawing the stock ticker and news feed, incorporate a PHP widget which will fit in with the design

  I dont want to pay extra to build a stock ticker and news feed from scratch when theyre are so many out there. Find one which looks good and incorporate it.
  The stock ticker in the drawings is from the nytimes website. find something similar
