We need a high resolution app icon for our Bodybuilding Appbell. The main use for the app is for gym users (predominately weight-lifters) to log and track fitness progress and to gain rewards for doing so. This includes logging exercise reps and sets executed, body weight, body fat percentage and body part circumference measurements.

Our mantra is "reward results" and we need this icon needs to fit in with this.

The icon needs to be eye-catching, high quality and give some indication as to what the app actually does. It also needs to fit the type of style that iOS 7 has recently adopted.

The icon needs to come in all file formats and sizes required and recommended for android and iphone's latest operating systems and devices. It should also be compatible with as many previous ones as possible (priority given to the later versions).

The icon must include our product logo, predominately include our brand colours and have some reference to our brand background.

Our brand colours are red (#cd2128), grey (#272727) and white (#ffffff) as our canvas colour.

Note: we are more flexible about our brand background. If you have any better ideas we'd love to see them.
