[ Allow user to post questions ] [ Allow user to comment on questions ]

- Snap and Sell
[ Allow user to take photo and post it for sale ] [ Allow user to contact seller and communicate sale ]

- Feeds
[ Allow user to see latest activity happening in community example : new item for sale , question posted , etc ]

Hi. The project sounds good and also a challenging for a designer.
Personally and sadly, I have to say that I don't think the price you've put for it is at all fair and also the fact that the contest is not guaranteed won't result in high quality entries.
