1).User has a log on screen (username-password-register)
2).Upon login user has 3 options
i. PROGRAM - user opts program - this page allows the user to customise a program from an inventory of exercises to select from (exercises selections will be provided), user must provide a number of how many sets are intended for this exercise 1,2,3,4,5. This program can be saved and edited here at any point in time just by dragging and dropping exercises.
ii. TRAIN - user can opt TRAIN which will take them to a screen with their saved program (not amendable in this screen) with a prompt to BEGIN SESSION.
TRAIN screen shows the program as a standard program card. User is to input the number of reps completed per session along with the weight lifted for that set. Upon entering these two numbers over the entire program they then select the prompt END SESSION. Upon ending the session all collected data for the session is stored for the ANALYSIS.
iii. ANALYSIS - this is a screen where the user is provided previous information regarding their sessions. User selects from a drop down box a session to be analysed or total (this combines all the data collected).
previous session data will show 3x figures, one - total setsxreps two- total weight lifted, three - total %1RM lifted (formula provided).
The total shows the same data but collected across all sessions on a line graph for comparison.

Note: the highest number entered for weight and the reps for it in the TRAIN page is to be saved alongside the exercise. This is for reference too by the user.
