I am seeking assistance creating an HTML dashboard to show information in the attached sample file.

The dashboard must be designed using open source/available packages (JavaScript, JQuery, etc). We want to be able to replace these numbers for different users. The scope of this project is just to design and code the dashboard using the sample numbers provided in the attachment. We will take care of the backend side to populate the numbers.

Based on the sample file note:
1. Difficulty ranges from 1(easiest)-5(hardest)
2. There are always 4 categories
3. Each student will have a DIFFERENT number of subjects.
4. Each Subject will have a DIFFERENT number of topics.

The dashboard should accommodate the different number of subjects and topics. It should use visuals (bar graphs, pie charts, etc) and color code information as follows:

Attempts/Question: 1 - 1.2 = Green, 1.2 - 2 = Yellow, > 2 Red
Correct%: >80% = Green, 65 - 80% = Yellow, < 65% = Red

I would like the user to be able to click on a subject to see details about the topics (originally hidden). Open to ideas! Design is not my forte :)

Website colors are #1f2532, #f6f7f9 text is black and #abb0b3. Again open to ideas and accent colors.

Web page should be responsive and look good on desktop and mobile.

I repeat, the dashboard must be made with HTML, JavaSccript, JQuery etc open source items so we can use it.
