I am looking for the design and 3D rendering of a brick/stone entry sign for our business. The monument entry sign will be located at the street entrance to our property, will include the name of the company and will need to encompass a 4' tall black wrought iron sliding gate with keypad (on post) across the approximate 20' driveway entrance. Design may include full structures on both sides of the driveway or full structure on one side and a pilaster on the other side. This will be where our clients enter our property.

Traffic will be entering the property from the left and turning left into the driveway, so the main structure will need to be on the right side of the driveway for the greatest visual effect.

A sliding gate is a gate that opens perpendicular to the driveway on rails. I have attached several examples. The monument will serve tow functions. First will be to display the company name and/or logo. The second will be to hide or mask the sliding gate frame when the gate is open.

Winner will be awarded based on a preferred concept that will probably require adjustment and fine tuning until complete. Winner should assume additional work will be required to selected design to reach completion.

Winner may be required to take the design and alternate brick vs. stone, make modifications to the proposed design, change design of company name, etc.

Final versions will need to have several 3D renderings from different perspectives, design placed to scale in AutoCAD on the building site plan and details provided in pdf and dwg files formats.

Examples for reference are attached along with property site plan and building elevation files. Please note the location of the entrance signs on the site plan on the northeast corner of the property. Design should complement the building elevation. The examples attached are for concept as they may be to large for the space we have available to work with. For instance, the Inverness example attached is merely for reference as to what a monument sign is and is significantly larger than our needs.

Smaller structure designs will be considered equally as construction cost is a factor in selection.

In most cases, the use of the logo should be as an add on to the name and be subtle, not pronounced.

We are an accounting company that does accounting work and tax returns for individuals and businesses. Our logo is posted as well in case someone wanted to add it to the design.

Dear Sir, according to your new information, I modified the left side.(no fence) # 33 and 34. I also reduced the size. If you have more suggestion, especially about the left part, don't hesitate to tell me, please. Do you think it would better to put a log0 also on the left pole of my design? There will be no fence along the street to the left of the driveway beyond your design structure.

Smaller structures should also be considered as construction cost will be a factor. Use of the logo should also be considered as an add on to the design as an alternative to the design where the logo is a pronounced feature. Smaller structural designs might prefer to use just the logo to better utilize a smaller space.

In order to help with design, we are lowering the height of the sliding gate to 4' in order to make it easier to design around.

Up to now, only entries 7,8 and 9 have encompassed the required sliding gate in their designs. Keep in mind that the design does not have to be symmetrical on both sides of the driveway, but the main structure, if not symmetrical on both sides, will need to be on the right side of the driveway.

  Hi, tell me why I should seal it from your perspective. I am open to considering it. My thoughts were by having it open, I could direct designers in the right direction. For instance, as of now, only entries 7, 8 and 9 have followed the instructions and produced a design that is currently useable. By referencing those as examples, I can direct designers to what they need to be producing.

  The budget for the masonry monument sign is between $6,000 and $12,000, depending on whether there are two full structures on each side of the driveway or just one full structure and a partial on the other side. This does not include the cost of the sliding gate.

I just added a zip file, but it is just the entire set of dwg files that include the site plan. Other than the pdf file already posted, I have no others to work with.

Hi, The site plan attachments I posted are all I have as far as I know. I will go back and check.. On the rendering itself, it is nice but non-functional for what we need. It does not take into account the 6' tall sliding gate across the driveway. With each end of the sign lower than the middle, the height of the gate will not be hidden from view and would look out of place with the iron frame behind the sign protruding above the top of the monument.
