  Perhaps some pipes in the design (think windows pipes screensaver but more 2D and sketchy, like blueprints). This is just an idea for a subtle background.

  Please note that "Water & Sewer, Drainage, Structural" and "Investigation and Design" should be on separate lines. I like what is in design #3 with regard to this.
