Please ensure that you include an area for the following details:
- Name
- title
- email
- Mobile (cell phone)
- Web url

Please provide a photoshop compatible file that can be modified to cater for different staff. We will save the final file with our details and names etc. as a jpeg to suit the printers requirements.

(A photoshop version of our logo can be found attached. Please ensure it is used.)
