Hi, I need a draft of an architecture. I'm pretty uncertain about how to divide the spaces for this home so I ask for your help. I've attached a paint with generical measurement and information about spaces I wanted that will be in this home.
NOTE: Apartment is on the 1st floor (not ground) and 2 out of 4 sides are partially against the ground, so that's impossible to create doors/balcony but only high windows. I would like to have a big space with kitchen and living and an external relax area like a veranda using the part of existing balcony and part of space of home.
Feel free to open doors, choosing the entrance from the stairs. The painting I've attached is the actual state of the house, it's a new costruction that need to be create.
Please be creative. I need only scaled PDF of your project (no dwg or others) after a preview in jpg, it's just to make an idea how to create my home. Furnished project are more appreciated, to understand how spaces are. I do not accept projects with false measures, which do not represent reality.

EDIT - I saw actual entryes. Consider that I prefer that living zone (kitchen and living and veranda) be in the main street and also on the left side (viewing the attachment, in the side down and left). Maybe daily illumination isnt in the best side but overtures can be done only on those sides. i think that veranda can be in angle in down-left because is in the garden view at the ground floor.
also in the bathroom must be the bidet. office is only for personal use so 1 set (1 desk and library and a little space) is sufficient, i think about 9-12 mq.

I've seen that most of you puts bedrooms in street side and entrance from stairs on wrong side. upper side (floor level) is on the left. I would like bedrooms on opposite side (not street side). I've think about bedrooms, in up and right side but however I take all your suggestion to get a final project

  hi, thank you for your work. i liked it, it was usefull to me to have inspiration to set rooms. position of entrance is wrong and surely I will review it but however at moment is cool work. not yet what I'm searching for but surely usefully.

Hi! How are you? Where is the entrance from the stairs? On the right or left side of stairs? Also, on the sides against the ground can you open high windows? In order to ventilate rooms in those sides? Thanks

  hi, thank you for your interest. the opening of stairs must be on the left side (stairs ends ok the left plan) but you can do everywhere (even in the left). perimeter wall must be not beyond actual walls, but a glass veranda can be done in part of balcony. I've think to do the external veranda by taking 20-25 mq by cutting a piece of external wall by reentering that on the internal side. as extra suggestion i don't like a lot corridors and useless spaces like hallways too large.

Also, are the walls built? Can we design only with the structure as a parameter? Should we keep mostly wall, or is this going to be glazed mostly?
