Hey!
We are two partners embarking upon a project within the movement of Collaborative Consumption (www.collaborativeconsumptions.com & http://bit.ly/1c89ylM).
Our brand will be called Comparticity that comes from a combination of two fundamental terms within the collaborative consumption movement: share (compartir in Spanish) and city. (Since we will be launching the brand in Spain with a hope to reach other markets we wanted to have something that mixed both languages).
We would like to explain the objectives and values of Comparticity so that you can understand its (and our) philosophy and can transmit this in your designs.
These values/objectives are:
1.To be a driver of change and a generator of positive social impact.
2.To be a tool for the empowerment of individuals.
3.Work towards a more sustainable society.
4.To stimulate a deeper sense of community between, and within, cities.
5.To encourage a more open and transparent society.
6.Increase efficiency by unlocking under-utilised assets that abound in our society and that could be redistributed, or shared with others, giving a longer life to these goods and, consequently, generating less residual waste and unnecessary consumerism.
7.Inspire acts of positive change through changes in lifestyles, marketplaces and cities.
We would like a design for the logo as well as for the banner that transmits these values.
The slogan of the website is: ‘Comparticity, for a better world, for a shared world’.
As we indicated we need a design for both the logo and the banner in order to create a communication network to be able to start with our page.
In principle we like the idea that the style be more of an illustration however we are open to all types of proposals.
If you would like more information don’t hesitate to ask...we are more than happy to help if it helps in your designs!

#29 and #32 Hola Gara! Este es mi diseño de logotipo para "Comparticity". El logotipo tiene mucho significado. Se compone de 3 partes: - La primera parte es como una "C" abstracta que a su vez se divide en 3 colores (verde, azul y naranja). El verde representa la naturaleza. El azul el agua. El naranja la energía del sol. - La segunda parte representa un entorno circular (ciudad) en el cual, hay un punto naranja que representa el centro de la ciudad de dicho lugar. A su vez, esto sirve de punto para la "i" de "City" y la "o" de "Comparti". Además, la "C" de "City" es a su vez la "c" de "Comparti". - La tercera parte del logo representa la unión y la fundión de compartir entre varias ciudades. Las cuales se presentan de la misma manera que el círculo central. Espero que te guste el logo y la idea que hay detrás de él. El proyecto me gusta mucho y sólo puedo desearte que sea muy éxitoso.
