We require some minor 3D modelling work done from an existing file, REVIT 2013 format. Basically,modelling work will be need to be done as per plans, should be simple matter of adding a few trees and such, as well as multiplying and flipping existing model for units. This particular job is to be 7 units on a long, thin block of land. We need to show fencing etc.as well as landscape and drive.
Feel free to play with textures/materials as per, but maintain vertical siding style.

All need to have appropriate lighting (none in model at present) and should show sky in bg where required.

Plants are to be suitable to buildings.

These two options will both need to be done of course.

Job is modelling only no rendering required.

Okay... Have altered this contest down to modelling only folks. Just simply fix up with some lighting, duplicate the buildings and play with the landscaping. This is our first test run using freelancers and we are not entirely sure of the quality to expect. This work entailed would take our current in house modeller 2.5hrs. At 40 an hour, we feel this is fair and suitable to the new brief without rendering. Thanks folks.

Hi all,

I apologise for any offense we have caused here, but I assure you I meant none. Will consider upgrading the reward tomorrow pending interest. Say $250 AUD total? Also, seeing as we will require more rendering and modelling work over the coming months, I have decided we will utilise the services of whomever can show initiative and enthusiasm as well as quality in this contest. However at an agreed rate rather than contest.

  I think 400AUD would be a really good prize even tough i didn't see the files yet. But Sir with all the respect you deserve, even in my country which is a 3rd world country with a project like this you earn at least 500USD and this is a contest, which means some people will work and not get paid and is a really big project to spend our time with the posibility of getting nothing and sincerely 250AUD doesn't cut the gap between time-quality-price

  $400AUD for 10 views would still not suffice. I've been a CG artist for almost 12 years now and the least I get from a job is $200USD per view.

i think your budget is not suitable for the description of yours regarding the deliverable . i,m not sure if this is a good work for a contest , might be better if you would choose a good 3d visualizer and work closely with him.

Any other benefit for the contestant that wins? $100 isn't much of an incentive to do all that work.
