Design 2-3 pages in photoshop of a future website. The website will mediate business between home owners and craftsmen, such as painters, builders, carpenters, interior decorators, cleaning services etc etc.
The home owners registers a "job" on the site which different craftsmen can bid on. Eventually one will be chosen as the winner and gets to perform the job for the cost that he has specified in his bid to the home owner.
This is very similar to Freelancer.com but aimed at different tasks of course (not IT related as freelancer is).
