Favicons (16 x 16, 32 x 32) based on element(s) of City logo (eps attached). We seem to partial to the "dome" and blue colour but open to ideas. The "auto creators" we've tried do a poor job. See wikipedia for favicon spec reference. We would like both ico and png files ultimately.

Great start everyone. Remember the size constraint. As some of you have done, it is particularly helpful to see a sample in the context of a browser address bar. There is on an online utility here: http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/ that provides a "preview" of an uploaded image.
