Hello,

We have a static SVG source background that we would like used as the starting point for a background animation in an app we are developing. The deliverable needs to be an animated Flutter Widget that uses SVG (or similar non-video content) and should work for all platforms (mobile / tablet [portrait / landscape], as well as web and desktop).

We would like each of the 4 "characters" animated in some sort of loop so someone sitting on a login screen would get the sense of an active farm being managed. Specifically, each tractor needs to have movement across their respective fields (and out of the scene if necessary) and their equipment should have some form of animation as well. And the drone should fly around the field appropriately with animations for its attached equipment.

The background will primarily be visible for the login screen of the app (but could be used in hero screens, loading screens, etc). A static version of the background will be used for most other content screens (with a white container overlay).

The current source ratio does not quite work for all screen sizes and orientations. That needs to be remedied as part of this project.

Obviously, performance overhead cannot be app impacting

Attached is the SVG source as well as a screenshot of the login template for the app that the deliverable will be a background for.

(Even though the project forces us to define accepted file formats as GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG we would only accept a Flutter Widget as the final deliverable)

My understanding is that this not to be for video animation. If you want a responsive background animation, need to use css animation or gif animation. Can you clarify that?

I would recommend that you change the competition publication section. In addition to flutter, specifying also the developers. And removing the section - Animation.

Now animators have gathered here, and you need developers.
Otherwise, you will not get the desired result, since you need an application with responsive animation (not animation in the classical sense).

Hello. Which file format do you need? It is ok with .mp4? Do you need one videanimation per each aspect ratio? 16:9, 4:3, 5:4, etc... ?

  We are not looking for a file, but rather an animated Flutter widget based in SVG (that supports all platforms and all device orientations). That widget needs to scale and adjust to support all form factors and orientations (including mobile, tablet, web and desktop in both landscape and portrait orientation).
  
  I don't believe a video file (or multiple) can meet our requirements, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
