cartoon requirement:
1) 4-frame cartoon (detail in attachment cartoon2.jpg)
2) vector and png output
- the vector output can be open in inkscape
- png in best quality
3) (I want to emphasize their face)
4) full-colored
5) transparent background
6) it is good if you add small objects inside the frames, eg. flower plant
I will need the final work in full color.
You must give up all copyrights to the work and ALL of the work must be your original artwork.
Please allow me to suggest some minor changes on the final cartoon
Please submit the outline first before doing the coloring
