We need an animated Gif banner ad for a Minecraft server. Sample banners can be seen at https://minecraft-mp.com/. Dimensions must be 728x90 and file size under 10 MB. By entering the project handover process, you agree to make small changes to meet our satisfaction, such as text, color, size, and speed changes. The deliverable must include source files.

- "Join and use command /ref rules" (make it clear that "/ref rules" is one command)
