     Hi,
     Yes we needed a unique logo. As this is for a new company, we want to avoid any legal issues. Taking someone else image and adding a wrench on top, may be a possible case for a lawsuit and we want to avoid being sued by the owner of this particular gorilla image. Thanks for your attempt though.
