  I did not included member's personal information at the homepage. I will add members profile or edit their profile link after their logged in pages.

     I think it's better to be member. If anyone can post ad, then the programmer should put spammer block verification to prevent robot doing DoS.

  On Main Page, I displayed Premium Ads which are sorted from the newest date. On each image, I displayed the price on the left bottom and its posting date on right bottom. I created arrow button on left panel of premium ads to display the older data, while right arrow to display the newest data.
  I don't know whether you want to add google ads since you said that it is free website.
  Please comment if you feel it doesn't suit to your interest.
  I am still working for other pages as well.
  Maybe in one day I can finish them all.

  Hello AuraCoders, I mentioned that the colors used and the layout are fresh and interesting. My initial concern was that the logo could do with refinement. also (only a minor error) the logo has misspelt the url.
  
  On closer inspection of the design, I see additional sections that I didn't ask for and am wondering what I would put in these spaces. If I were a real estate agent I could see a use for these, but not for the current piece of work. Featured Services, Agents, Special Offers - don't make sense for the business model.
  
  The picture of the house really fits the webpage well and provides that colourful graphic that is often needed to break up the page - I can see how I could use this to highlight star-accommodations.

  Google Ads - unfortunately I need a way to incorporate ads into the design. This is because its a totally free service and I need to try and recoop costs somehow.
  gOzaru84 is correct that I asked for some concept pages for the other tabs (ie: Post Ad, Browse Ads ) etc, this is not mandatory. I just put it out there in case someone had some ideas and wanted to differentiate themselves from the rest.
