  Dear CH, I am not clear on your project. Will you use it for printing media as a paper copy of your report or use it for your computer to link with your database ? I think the lab report need more field to develop layout. If I am nor wrong, You should clear the purpose? Thanks for your understanding. Otherwise ignore the post. Warm regards
