I need a brochure design for my property maintenance company. i need a very eye catching brochure.

the company is called "The Property Doctor Group" the whole point of the leaflet /brochure should be to get business for works.

the brochure will be a A6 size so please do accordingly.

i would like the brochure to attract people in wanting toget works done, and the first 5 people of the road to benefit from the services will have up to 30% discount.
