I need help creating something for our business model.

Our company is called "LEVEL UP SOCCER"

We need help creating the graphic, flyer, or animation to depict the "Leveling up"

The levels are identified by the color t-shirt. Below are the details.
There will be two logos (one for light colored shirts, and one for dark)

Level 1= Red (exact color: red=186 green= 16 blue=39) #BA1027 Please use standard logo with this color (White text)
Level 2= Sapphire Blue (color code red=0 green=127 blue=168) #007FA8 Please use standard logo with this color (White text)
Level 3= Safety Green (exact color: red=210 green= 236 blue=39) #02EC27 Please use reverse logo with this color (black text)
Level 4= Silver (Gray) (exact color: red=155 green= 159 blue=155) #9B9F9B Please use reverse logo with this color (black text)
Level 5= Gold (exact color: red=230 green= 183 blue=142) #CBB78E Please use reverse logo with this color (black text)

Our logo would need to be on the front of the shirt.

You must complete a minimum number of training sessions (8) at each level before you are allowed to TEST out of that level.

For example:
Level 1 you must complete at least 8 training sessions prior to attempting to TEST OUT of level 1 up to level 2

I need a good graphic, flyer, or animation that looks good to depict the above information.
I DO NOT NEED THE 8 SESSIONS LISTED IN BETWEEN EACH LEVEL.
We just need to find a good way to word 8 sessions must be completed between each level, prior to attempting to TEST out of the level.

This info has to be on the flyer:

Our TOCA training "LEVEL UP" program is a competitive, goal orientated, and skills based training program where you
can get INVITED to "LEVEL UP" by completing a series of tests after hitting a specific number of training sessions.

If the testing is successfully completed you will receive the next level (color) training top. The color tops signify the level you are
currently at in the program. This is a fun way to keep the energy up and motivation high.

A minimum of 8 sessions must be completed in between EACH level
Players will NOT be able to test out of a level without the required number of sessions
To "Level Up" you must successfully execute a series of skill based exercises
Each Level has it's own series of tests
A specific score is required to advance to the next level
The tests become more difficult at each level

Thank you for the entries so far. One clarification... I do not need the 8 sessions listed out in between each level. I was just explaining the process so we can find a way to word that into the graphic/flyer
