I need a great design for a voucher that we can sell to customers so they can give it to their friends and colleagues as a gift, it needs to be one side, DL size and have some space to write the following details in manually:

Expiry date
Voucher code for tracking/verification processing

I must look special and specific to our branding and use our logo which is attached, also, it must look great in both colour and black and white.
