I need a character designed for a new website that is themed around "Dork" also known as a geek.

The website is about driving tips, so the dork character will be the main logo for the site.

Logo should have the following:
- Dork must be smiling and have glasses on
- Should be just the headshot with all the detail there and just the chest below the head wearing a seatbelt.
- MUST BE cute and funny, nerdy, geeky, looking
- MUST NOT be copied from any existing stock or licensed images found on Google or any other sites
- MUST NOT be done in Photoshop, will require this as vector
- NOT 8-bit please

This should be very high quality and detailed!
