We are a small town dog walking business looking for a custom cartoon character for our logo. Not clip art off the net! I can do that!

Some criteria:
It needs to work on black or white background
Simple, clean, not too busy - coloured line drawing - not too colourful

The image:
Dog, excited about going for a walk, happy, red tongue hanging out, 'Mr. Mugs' with big eyes, black nose. Ohhhhh so excited; 'Im going for a walk!' - no wording required. Just the dog illustration. The wording is to express the feeling only.

See attached image for inspiration; it's just about perfect.
