The layout (where menu is, images are etc) will remain the same. Design must be improved by changes to
1)color scheme
2)backgrounds (image backgrounds, website backgrounds etc)
3)fonts
4) etc

This website is coded in html and css. There are alot of pages and we donot want to make changes that do not add value.
NO CODE NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN: you just need to provide the mockup design and images/backgrounds etc.. I am a developer, need help of a designer!

so far, Arunadaybasu understood what is asked. I need mockups for all pages, without any change to layout (brief).. If the design is really good, $50 bonus will be given, so total amount of award will be $100
