News Site is called: The Discerning Eye News

The main part of the vision we have to have is a moving eye based on the image I will be uploading.

I will also be uploading a intro someone did that was ooooookay. But we most definitely didn't like the eye used.

Intro should be be more than just an eye moving... it should be a short broadcast screen. Should be gritty, depicting the ambience of reality. NOT like the main stream media

Requirements:

1. Intro should be around 30 seconds -1 minute long.
2. Ideally no music needed, unless it really helps out the video.
3. Start of video should be the eye scene for at least 13 seconds since we will use that by itself for short clips
4. Eye ball SHOULD move
5. Eye expression should look like image, which is discerning
6. All Source files required at end of project

So 2 files uploaded

1. The image we use which we like (the eye especially)
2. The video created that we've been using which is okay, but we overall don't like it.

  After the 13 seconds like the intro to a news broadcast but gritty. Showing protest, mandates, laws being passed etc. Like what you would see as the intro to a dystopian film.
