Tóm tắt cuộc thi

I want users that are on my website to enter Places that they have been. Either Cities or even more specific as too unique location ( restaurants,parks, events, etc). I also want them to enter their email address so that I can contact them. I will be finding items (t-shirts) from those location that the users entered and then contact them via e-mail. I'm currently working on a better search tool so that when the user is entering locations that they have been more specific location are prompted/displayed.

I want a creative why to trigger the users to enter 1) Place they have been 2) Email
