I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a logo for our yearly theme. The theme for this year is "Impact".

Color preference:
- Please see a photo of the logo for reference on style and colors

Below you will find a few starter designs that I drew up to give you something to start with. I want you to use your creativity to run with which ever design you think you could make the best. I will do my very best to give corrective feedback through your drafts.

The theme is "Impact". The main goals for this design are to portray the impact the company will have in 2024 by being examples of the following words "Impact, Trust, Fellowship, Love, Unity, Integrity, Responsibility, Collaboration" Impact is the most important word, with Unity being second place in terms significance. We would also like to incorporate the Christian Cross in the logo somewhere. If you think there is another design that only incorporates a few of these words, try it and see what it looks like.

It is important to keep in mind, that I will get this animated later in order to have a dynamic presentation. Ideally, the words and lines around Impact will appear and then the work "impact" will sort of slam into the logo for a eye appealing reveal.

I want there to appear to be dimensions in the logo with "impact" looking like it is literally making an impact on the logo.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficient in graphic design software
- Strong understanding of color theory and logo design principles
- Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific design requirements
