Tóm tắt cuộc thi

I need a logo for a new project which seeks to improve the labor conditions of people in the sugar industry through the fulfillment of their human rights mainly. The particularity of this project is that is promoted by 4 different actors, which I will like to be express in the logo. I have in mind a logo with 4 different colors (2 green tones, burnt orange, and other color, maybe purple, yellow or blue?) merging between them.
The name of the project is "Iniciativa Unión", in English is "Union Initiative".

Im attaching 2 logos. The one with the green colors ois because I liked the colors. And the other one because it gives me an idea that maybe the logo can be a letter "U" with 4 diferente color lines.
